After 30 months of development and over five million euros in development costs, the world's first holistic baby emergency ambulance system is ready for use. Technically optimised areas such as the active suspension system further increase the quality of neonatal care and reduce the mortality rate as well as the risk of late complications. Specialised training for hospital and driving staff rounds off the holistic system.
As maternity and paediatric clinics are increasingly being merged, the number of transfer journeys is gradually decreasing. Nevertheless, many clinics are still dependent on a special means of transport.

nächster Meilenstein: "FIGHT AGAINST CARDIAC DEATH" BECOMES "HEART-SAFE"
In Germany, 100,000 people still die of sudden cardiac death every year. To combat this enormous number, we are initially converting former emergency telephones into AED pillars with lay defibrillators. In 2015, we are developing new pillars with AED devices, which we will set up in places with high visitor numbers. Our "Fighting cardiac death" project is now called "Heartproof". We are now equipping entire districts and cities with lay defibrillators and working with local partners to train the population in resuscitation measures.

nächster Meilenstein: RESCUE SERVICES IN CHINA
The People's Republic of China wants to establish a modern rescue system modelled on the German system. The German and Chinese governments agreed on an action plan for health policy cooperation back in 2014. We are commissioned to set up a pilot project for an integrated rescue system in the southern Chinese city of Jieyang in Guangdong province.
